Welcome to Alles Energy & Associates
The family of Alles' have been providing energy and land surveying services in the Western United States for two generations beginning in the early 1960's.

The elder, Kenneth R. Alles (aka "Ken") began working for Miner & Miner Surveying and Engineering in the early nineteen-sixties after attending the School of Mines in the State of Colorado. During the early nineteen-eighties, Ken became the vice president of field operations for Miner & Miner. During his time at Miner & Miner, Ken hired and trained his younger brother in the business. Eventually, Kenneth R. Alles formed 'Alles & Associates, Inc.' (aka "A&A"). A&A designed, constructed and inspected sub-power stations, electrical transmission lines, fiber-optic and cable lines in addition to providing large to small land surveying services. His clients spanned from the Federal Western Area Power Adminstration (aka "WAPA"), the Rural Electrical Association (aka "REA"), Powder River Energy Company, FEMA, various utility companies throughout the entire Western Unites States, land developers, real estate agents, to farmers and ranchers. Notably; during the 1970's, Kenneth R. Alles was the project chief who managed the design & field construction of the 800 plus miles of power transmission lines that run along the Alaskan oil pipeline.

Ken's children grew-up in the surveying, electrical engineering, farming and ranching industries and they became acquainted with executives and their families in the gas & oil business within Alaska because of Ken's extensive time working in the State of Alaska. Additionally, Ken's father-in-law who was a rancher, farmer and real estate investor in multiple states, was actively involved in passing mineral right protection laws in the State of Colorado and served as the Vice-President of the Front Range Land and Mineral Owners Association.

Two of Ken's children, Felicia and Joseph worked for their father in the family business both in the office and out in the field. Joseph started at the early age of fourteen, line staking in Wyoming. Felicia started working for her father after she graduated from college while her father was living in and working from the State of Arizona on a large Federal WAPA government project that spanned several states. Felicia worked for her father for a number of years working directly with her father in management, field-inspection, project bidding, and civil drafting.

After Ken's death, 'Alles & Associates, Inc.' was sold, and his son, Joseph and daughter, Felicia continued providing land development & energy services under a different business name. Unfortunately, Joseph had an untimely and unexpected death at the young age of forty-two. However, Felicia remains providing services to gas & oil companies and independent landmen. She decided to carry-on the family business under the name, 'Alles Energy & Associates' given her area of specialty. Felicia specializes in providing mineral acreage/area allocations and Exhibit drawings for legal land agreements for gas and oil companies. Felicia works with title attorneys and landmen. She AutoCAD drafts metes and bounds, legal descriptions & materials of public record (such as deeds and plats), fitting together mineral owner land-parcels that comprise entire Sections in the BLM system. This includes cities and towns involving up to a thousand land-tracts for one project. Felicia has a unique life-time knowledgable background in the energy industry, coupled with pragmatic experience, that enables her to produce and deliver quality and meticulous work the industry requires.
